UPDATED AS OF AUGUST 15, 2008 The LaQuinta Inn and Suites will be the host hotel for our staff. Camp applicants are welcome to make their own reservation and join us. GROUP RATES WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY. The hotel may be contacted at the following number for reservations: 978-685-6200 SESSION I INFORMATION: (ECAC TRYOUT SESSION) Camp check-in will be between 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on Friday March 28th for those attending Session I. Friday classes will be held at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Andover, Mass. The Friday evening class will run from 6:15 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. An evening reception will be held for those staying at the hotel overnight beginning at 9:30 p.m. Saturday will begin with classroom discussions resuming at 7:45 a.m. and runs until approximately 7:00 p.m. Saturday night with on court instruction mixed in with classroom discussion. A reception will also be held this evening starting at about 9:00 p.m for those staying overnight at the hotel. The ECAC tryout occurs on Sunday with an identical schedule of 7:45 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Departure will take place following your last scheduled activity of the day. SESSION II INFORMATION: (2-PERSON CLINIC) Camp check-in will be between 7:15 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 29th. Saturday check-in and classes will be held at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites. Andover, Mass. (IF YOU OPT TO STAY FRIDAY NIGHT, YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN OUR RECEPTION AT 9:30 P.M.) The Saturday session will run from 7:30 a.m. until approximately 7:00 p.m. A reception will be held for those staying overnight at the hotel starting at about 9:00 p.m. Sunday's session runs from 7:45 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Departure will take place following you last schedules activity of the day. The camp registration fee does not include hotel costs or meals and no meals will be served. SESSION III INFORMATION FOR CURRENT ECAC OFFICIALS WITH 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OR LESS: The Friday evening session will begin with check-in from 6:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Classes will run Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. A reception will be held for those staying overnight at the hotel starting at 9:30 p.m. The Saturday session will start with the first games scheduled for Saturday morning, likely 8:00 a.m. starting times and the day will continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. DIRECTIONS: GO TO WWW.LQ.COM and select the Andover property. We will be providing directions from the hotel to the game sites upon your arrival at the hotel.
